As a Regional Director of Sales at Repli, you'll be more than a sales leader; you'll be a revolutionary force in the multifamily industry. Working closely with Repli leadership, you'll take on greater challenges, drive higher quotas, and travel to spread the Repli rebellion far and wide.

💣 responsibilities.

Key Objectives:

  • Expand Territory Reach: Identify and target new markets within your region, growing Repli's presence and influence.
  • Drive Sales Performance: Achieve and exceed sales quotas, leading your team to success.
  • Build Strong Relationships: Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners.
  • Strategize and Execute: Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to regional needs.
  • Mentor and Develop: Guide and support the SDR team, fostering growth and excellence.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of the multifamily or prop-tech industry.
  • Experience with CRM systems, including advanced knowledge of Hubspot.

Travel Requirements

  • Annual Travel required.
  • Travel for Prospect meetings, Customer Meetings, Trade Shows, Conferences, Company Meetings, etc


✊ education and experience.

  • 2-3 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success.
  • Previous experience as a Software Sales Professional - previously carrying s $1.5M annual quota +

Salary & Compensation: 

  • Base Salary + Monthly Commissions (OTE)
