Implementation Specialist
At Repli, the Implementation Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of client onboarding, internal process alignment, and cross-functional collaboration. With a strong focus on project management and stakeholder communication, this role is responsible for aligning Sales, Customer Success, and Agency Services to deliver exceptional customer experiences and successful service launches. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, empathetic, and has a knack for managing timelines, expectations, and scope while keeping Repli’s brand and standards top of mind. The Implementation Specialist reports to the Head of Customer Experience.

Salary & Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000
