Implementation Specialist
At Repli, the Implementation Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of client onboarding, internal process alignment, and cross-functional collaboration. With a strong focus on project management and stakeholder communication, this role is responsible for aligning Sales, Customer Success, and Agency Services to deliver exceptional customer experiences and successful service launches. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, empathetic, and has a knack for managing timelines, expectations, and scope while keeping Repli’s brand and standards top of mind. The Implementation Specialist reports to the Head of Customer Experience.

- Customer onboarding, support, adoption, advocacy, retention, and creating up-sell opportunity
- Manage client listening points through surveys, Executive Sponsor sync calls, exit surveys, etc
- Provide as much value to customers as possible based on the progress of their onboarding and implementation
- Fully leverage Hubspot & Monday.com functionality to enable subscriptions in a timely manner with exceptional accuracy
- Work closely with Sales & Customer Success teams to answer questions and help with issues during implementation
- Apply critical thinking skills to identify internal errors, and troubleshoot customer implementation issues
- Maintain accurate account information to assist in reporting and process management
- Monitor the Monday.com Onboarding boards, corresponding support tickets, and work with internal teams to onboard customers efficiently & timely
- Become a Repli product Subject Matter Expert for Repli Websites, SEO & ADS products
- Manage internal support requests related to onboarding & implementation

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Agency Operations.
- Familiarity with digital marketing services, including SEO, SEM, and social media campaigns.
- Prior experience in the Property Management or Real Estate industry.
- Background in scope management, change control, and internal reporting on project performance.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
🔥 compensation & benefits.
Salary & Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000
