Senior Paid Media Specialist

At Repli, the Senior Paid Media Specialist will be an integral part of the Paid Media team, working closely with the Manager of Paid Media and Senior Paid Media Strategist. This role offers an opportunity to focus on executing and optimizing paid media campaigns. Your primary focus will be on managing and implementing high-level paid media campaigns that align with broader marketing objectives and business goals while ensuring their successful execution across digital channels such as search, social, display, and video platforms.


This role emphasizes execution and optimization over strategic planning, ensuring that our paid media initiatives are effectively implemented and continually refined for optimal performance. Key responsibilities include executing campaigns, optimizing performance, managing budgets, and targeting and messaging to achieve desired outcomes. Additionally, you will assist in the creation and management of comprehensive paid media documentation and training programs, ensuring the Repli team and customers have the knowledge and resources necessary for success.


Primary Initiatives: 

  • Campaign Execution and Optimization: Implement and optimize paid media campaigns across various advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc. Ensure campaigns align with broader marketing objectives and business goals, focusing on effective execution and continuous refinement.
  • Budget Management: Manage and optimize advertising budgets to ensure efficient allocation and maximize ROI. Monitor spending and adjust budget distribution to improve campaign performance.
  • Documentation and Training: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and changes in paid media advertising through ongoing education, training, and professional development. Assist in the creation and management of comprehensive paid media documentation and training programs, ensuring the Repli team and customers have the necessary knowledge and resources for success.
  • Performance Metrics and Reporting: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI) for paid media campaigns. Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement based on performance data.
  • Collaboration and Alignment: Work closely with other departments to ensure paid media efforts are aligned with overall company initiatives and marketing strategies. Facilitate communication and collaboration to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Customer Consultation: Serve as a trusted advisor and consultant to customers, understanding their needs and objectives. Translate customer goals into actionable paid media strategies and campaigns, ensuring successful implementation and optimization.

Ongoing Education and Professional Development 

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in paid media advertising
  • Engage in ongoing education, training, and professional development to continuously enhance strategic planning and leadership capabilities 

Customer Consultation and Advisory

  • Serve as a trusted advisor and consultant to customers, understanding their needs and objectives
  • Translate customer needs into actionable paid media strategies and campaigns, providing guidance and support
  • Respond to specific client requests and/or support tickets via assigned channels regarding paid media strategy

Interdepartmental Collaboration 

  • Work closely with other departments to ensure paid media efforts are aligned with overall company initiatives and marketing strategies
  • Facilitate integration and coordination between paid media activities and broader company goals

Performance Tracking and Reporting

  • Set, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and ROI for paid media campaigns
  • Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement based on performance data
  • Present performance results and optimization strategies to Repli customers.

Documentation and Training Support 

  • Assist with the creation and management of comprehensive paid media documentation and training programs
  • Ensure the Repli team and customers are well-equipped with up-to-date knowledge and resources for success
  • Provide guidance to Customer Success team as needed

Budget Allocation and Management

  • Manage and optimize advertising budgets to ensure efficient allocation and maximize return on investment (ROI)
  • Monitor and adjust budget distribution across various campaigns and channels
  • Track budget pacing via weekly and monthly reporting

Campaign Execution and Management

  • Plan, create, and oversee campaigns across various digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, search, social, display, and video platforms
  • Ensure campaigns are set up correctly and continuously optimized for performance
  • Utilize AI and data-driven insights for optimizing campaign strategies

Quality Assurance

  • Conduct regular audits of paid media campaigns to ensure they meet quality standards and align with brand guidelines
  • Implement and monitor A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and other campaign elements to improve performance

Tool and Technology Utilization

  • Utilize advanced tools and technology to streamline campaign management and optimization processes
  • Keep abreast of new tools and platforms that can enhance campaign performance and recommend their adoption when appropriate

  • Experience in conducting quality assurance and A/B testing to improve campaign performance
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and tasks concurrently
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating adaptability and responsiveness to changes in campaign performance or industry trends
  • Capacity to work efficiently and maintain attention to detail, ensuring high-quality campaign execution within deadlines
  • Working knowledge about the multifamily real estate industry, trends, and marketplace preferred

✊ education and experience.

  • 3-5 years of experience in executing and optimizing paid media campaigns across various digital channels, such as search, social, display, and video platforms
  • Proven track record in managing and optimizing advertising budgets to achieve maximum ROI
  • Previous experience with remote work environments is preferred but not required

🔥 compensation & benefits.

Salary & Compensation: 

Base Salary - $60,000-$65,000

Annual Bonus Potential - Up to 10% of base salary
