Paid Media Specialist I

At REPLI, the Paid Media Specialist I is an entry-level role designed for individuals eager to grow their skills in digital advertising. Working closely with our Paid Media Manager and other specialists to support client accounts, monitor performance, and help deliver great results across key platforms like Google Ads and Meta. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly motivated, and ready to learn the foundations of paid media strategy in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.


Primary Initiatives: 

  • Campaign Support & Execution: Assist in building and maintaining paid media campaigns with a focus on implementation accuracy and optimization support.
  • Budget Tracking: Monitor spend pacing across platforms and assist with reporting discrepancies or optimization opportunities.
  • Foundational Learning: Participate in ongoing training to develop a working knowledge of paid media strategy, tools, and reporting practices.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs, assist in reporting, and begin analyzing campaign data to identify areas for improvement.

💣 responsibilities.

Campaign Management

  • Assist in the setup, launch, and basic management of paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Meta).
  • Perform keyword research and help implement audience targeting strategies.
  • Conduct routine quality assurance checks to ensure campaigns reflect current offers, targeting settings, and tracking codes.
  • Support A/B testing initiatives by organizing assets and gathering performance data.

Budget Support

  • Monitor campaign budgets and spend pacing using internal tools.
  • Flag unusual spend trends or pacing issues and report them to the Paid Media Manager.
  • Learn basic bidding and targeting strategies under the guidance of more senior team members.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Assist in collecting performance data using REPLI’s reporting platforms.
  • Draft initial reporting notes and highlight basic campaign insights.

Onboarding & Post-Launch

  • Help with new account setups and campaign launches..
  • Participate in pre- and post-launch audits to verify campaign setup accuracy.

Paid Media Team Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with the Paid Media team to share updates, solve problems, and stay aligned on priorities.
  • Participate in internal meetings, brainstorming sessions, and campaign reviews.
  • Communicate progress clearly through team tools like Google chats and internal Monday boards.

🏴 required skills.

  • Comfortable working in spreadsheets and analyzing performance data at a beginner level.
  • Detail-oriented, curious, and eager to learn.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks in a remote setting.
  • A genuine interest in the multifamily real estate industry, trends, and marketplace is a plus.
  • Bonus points if you’ve already completed Google Ads certifications or Meta’s Blueprint training.

✊ education and experience.

  • 0–1 year of experience in paid media or digital marketing (internships and coursework welcome!).
  • Some hands-on experience (through coursework, certifications, internships, or self-study) with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager. You don’t need to be an expert — just familiar and ready to learn more.

🔥 compensation & benefits.

Salary & Compensation: 

Base Salary - $40,000-$45,000

Annual Bonus Potential - Up to 10% of base salary
