The Organic Media Specialist I assists with the execution of strategies and tasks for the Organic Media team.  Organic Media Specialist I reports to the Manager of Organic Media 


As an Organic Media Specialist I, you play a pivotal role in supporting the Organic Media team's strategic initiatives and operations. Reporting directly to the Manager of Organic Media, you are an integral part of the team's execution of optimization strategies and tasks. Leveraging your budding expertise in SEO and organic social media, you contribute to enhancing the online presence and visibility of our customers.

💣 responsibilities.

Content Creation and Optimization: Assist in content creation and optimization. This includes collaborating with the web services team to develop high-quality, SEO-friendly content for websites and Google Business Profiles. This role focuses on enhancing the visibility and relevance of digital content, contributing to improved search engine rankings and user engagement.


Social Media Management: Manage organic social media content. This involves creating a content calendar, generating engaging content, designing visuals, scheduling posts, and analyzing performance metrics. The goal is to establish a cohesive and effective social media presence that drives audience engagement.



Additional Responsibilities


Perform optimization tasks

  • Conduct keyword research
  • Research and implement SEO recommendations

Assist with the internal workflow for onboardings and one-off account onboardings

  • Communicate with internal teams re: items needed to complete onboarding

Assist with content creation for websites and Google Business Profile

  • Work with the web services team to create content to drive SEO

Creating and managing organic social media content

  • Creating a content calendar, including content creation, design, posting, and reporting

🏴 required skills.

  • 0-6 months with SEO or organic social media,  relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Experience of SEO or organic social media
  • Knowledge of SEO or organic social media best practices 
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ideal, Familiarity with relevant tools (SEMrush, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Screaming Frog, Page Speed Insights, etc)
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills

✊ education and experience.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

🔥 compensation & benefits.

Base Salary Range: $40,000 - $45,000

Bonus: Up to 10% of Annual Salary
