Implementation Manager

At Repli, the Implementation Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of client onboarding, internal process alignment, and cross-functional collaboration. With a strong focus on project management and stakeholder communication, this role is responsible for aligning Sales, Customer Success, and Agency Services to deliver exceptional customer experiences and successful service launches. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, empathetic, and has a knack for managing timelines, expectations, and scope while keeping Repli’s brand and standards top of mind. The Implementation Manager reports to the Head of Customer Experience.

💣 responsibilities.

Leadership & Management

  • Serve as a liaison between internal departments (Sales, Customer Success, Agency Services) to promote a unified approach to customer implementations.
  • Champion the ongoing development and execution of project management methodology and frameworks within Agency Services.
  • Ensure internal alignment on processes and expectations, promoting collaboration and efficiency across teams.
  • Validate contracts against scope of work and escalate discrepancies with clarity and documented context.
  • Manage the Implementation team

Project Management

  • Own the full implementation lifecycle—from kickoff to launch—while managing both internal timelines and high-level customer expectations.
  • Track and report on scope of work changes and variances to ensure accountability and alignment.
  • Set realistic timelines for internal builds versus customer-facing milestones, balancing efficiency with quality.
  • Document, assign, and follow up on implementation-related tasks across internal teams using tools like Monday.com and HubSpot.
  • Proactively flag risks to timeline, quality, or satisfaction with solutions-oriented thinking.

Technical Expertise

  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Repli’s systems, services, and clients’ tech stacks.
  • Evaluate the feasibility and alignment of new customer configurations with Repli's capabilities.
  • Assist internal teams with system integrations, ensuring services are aligned with customer requirements.
  • Leverage CRM and project tools to ensure accurate account setup and ongoing reporting.

Customer Relations

  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success to lead customer kick-off calls, ensuring a smooth handoff and clear expectation setting.
  • Help customers feel heard and supported while avoiding premature commitments—focusing instead on collaborative problem-solving and delivery planning.
  • Promote customer satisfaction through high-touch support during onboarding, acting as their advocate across internal teams.
  • Foster long-term relationships by ensuring the implementation experience delivers meaningful value from day one.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in implementation, project management, or customer facing roles, preferably in a SaaS or digital services environment.
  • Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and managing customer-facing projects.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and pivot as needed.
  • Experience working with CRMs and project management tools (e.g., HubSpot, Monday.com).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-first mindset.
  • A proactive, problem-solving approach with high emotional intelligence.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Agency Operations.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing services, including SEO, SEM, and social media campaigns.
  • Prior experience in the Property Management or Real Estate industry.
  • Background in scope management, change control, and internal reporting on project performance.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Salary & Compensation: 

Base Salary - TBD

Annual Bonus up to 12% of Base Salary
