Customer Success Representative

$60,000 - $65,000

At Repli, the Customer Success Representative is responsible for developing customer relationships that promote retention, growth, and loyalty. This includes and is not limited to all customer success activities and outcomes in the company as it relates to customer retention, churn, growth, resigns, and up-sells. All in all, the main goal of the Customer Success Representative is to grow customer lifetime value.


You are also analytical with a high EQ and customer satisfaction mindset. The Customer Success Representative reports to the Manager of Customer Success.


Annual travel requirements = Up to 50% annual travel required (Up to 120 Days per year)


This role will require travel to customer conferences, company training & company events, a limited number of trade shows, partner events & other relationship-building related events.

Primary Initiatives 

  1. Customer Happiness & Positive Ongoing Customer Experience
  2. Customer Retention, Churn Reduction & Contract Duration
  3. Designing and Executing the Organization’s Customer Success & Experience Program
  4. Overall Customer Revenue Growth & Added Services

Responsibilities

  • Establish clear retention goals and process milestones for the client and employees to work toward
  • Client onboarding, support, adoption, advocacy, retention, renewals, and up-sells
  • Work closely with Sales, Support, Accounting, Paid Media, Organic Media and other Technical teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience and take care of any customer issues
  • Efficiently manage time to focus on essential activities to ensure customer satisfaction, account renewal, and account growth
  • Work with customers to ensure they are finding value in our services
  • Become an expert in REPLI services and educate customers on the use and benefits of our products and services

  • Must have knowledge of or experience in managing digital marketing campaigns related to SEM, SEO & Social Media
  • Highly dependable, self-starter, high energy, positive attitude with good organization, and time management skills
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for knowledge and personal growth
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high energy, team-oriented environment
  • Deep customer empathy
  • Ability to have difficult conversations with customers
  • Self-directed and proven ability to work independently
  • Experience in SaaS industry a plus, not required
  • Experience in Property Management industry a plus, not required
  • Knowledge of Hubspot preferred


✊ education and experience.

  • Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of hands-on Digital Marketing experience in an agency environment

🔥 compensation & benefits.

Base Salary Range: $60,000 - $65,000

Annual Bonus Potential: Up to 10%

Eligible to participate in Profit Sharing Plan
