Customer Success Representative
$60,000 - $65,000
At Repli, the Customer Success Representative is responsible for developing customer relationships that promote retention, growth, and loyalty. This includes and is not limited to all customer success activities and outcomes in the company as it relates to customer retention, churn, growth, resigns, and up-sells. All in all, the main goal of the Customer Success Representative is to grow customer lifetime value.
You are also analytical with a high EQ and customer satisfaction mindset. The Customer Success Representative reports to the Manager of Customer Success.
Annual travel requirements = Up to 50% annual travel required (Up to 120 Days per year)
This role will require travel to customer conferences, company training & company events, a limited number of trade shows, partner events & other relationship-building related events.
